What if you can't fix my computer?
You only pay the $49 diagnostic fee — no labour charge. I'll explain the options, such as a replacement drive or a new machine, with no pressure.
Can you recover my files?
In most cases yes, if the drive is still readable. I always back up your files before making any changes.
Do you fix Macs?
Yes — macOS updates, slow Macs, email and iCloud problems, and data migration to a new Mac.
